Ashford Town Centre is evolving with large amounts of investment and developments such as the College expansion, the opening of the Ashford International Hampton by Hilton hotel and 32 new retail openings in 2021.
We are looking for a dynamic regeneration professional who can keep this momentum going and deliver our strategy, supporting businesses in the town centre and maximising the benefits for local residents.
Building on the success of projects such as Love Ashford and Made in Ashford, the Town Centre Regeneration Manager will need to establish and deliver a programme of projects, events and activity to stimulate the vitality and viability of Ashford Town Centre, increasing footfall and spend.
We are looking for a creative individual with retail, marketing or hospitality experience.
Someone who understands the changing face of town centres, who can develop project ideas and strong partnerships with excellent organisational and management skills.
Someone with the ability to use digital content successfully to promote activity and communicate with businesses and residents.
This is a great opportunity to help improve the offer so people fall in love with Ashford town centre again.
